Join us as we canoe down the Boone River. During the mid-1800s, several mills were in
operation along the river. The remains of a few mills can still be seen today. Naturalists
will guide participants down the river. Bring food and drink. Prior canoe experience is required.
Fee: $25; includes transportation and canoes. Departure from Jester
Park (Map) Minimum age 10. Registration deadline is
May 16.
