Never heard of geocaching or always wanted to give it a try? Or maybe you’re a diehard cacher who is always looking for a challenge? Join us to search for over 75 geocaches hidden in Chichaqua Bottoms Greenbelt just for this event. The only way to find them is with GPS (Global Positioning System). Participants can participate as one person, two person, or four person teams. Each team will be given a scorecard to record your finds. At the end of the day, turn in your scorecard for a chance at prizes. A limited number of Garmin eTrex GPS units will be available for checkout. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch and can come and go throughout the day. An optional box lunch will be available for those that register ahead of time. Fee: free without lunch, $7 for lunch (lunchmeat sandwich, salad, chips, cookie & drink). Pre-registration is required by April 11. All ages welcome.
